1 cup cleaned spinach leaves, firmly packed
1 cup roughly chopped cleaned kale, firmly packed
1 cup green seedless grapes
1 Bartlett pear, core, stem and seeds removed
1 orange, peeled and quartered
1 banana, peeled
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1/2 cup water
2 cups ice
1. Place all ingredients in a blender and process on low speed for 1 minute; increase to medium-high and process until well blended. Enjoy! You may be able to get chia seeds at your local supermarket — just ask. If not, you can find them online at the Cleveland Clinic Wellness Store.
