Food Tip:

Go veggie once a week. Meatless Mondays can help you eat more beans, whole grains and vegetables. Like in New Orleans it’s a tradition there to have red beans and rice on Mondays. Wow! I have not had breakfast yet  and already I’m thinking about lunch.
